Customer support will give you the run around and make it seem like they care but they do not. I logged into my account only to find they don't have a spot for you to remove your card on file and they also don't offer cancelation. It is 2023 that means they have been charging my card for the last 4 years.

I had the pro version in 2019 which should have only lasted a year however I just found out that they have been secretly charging my card since 2019. The software they offer works but is mostly just front end software for prexisting windows software. I have never gone out of my way to review something but here goes.
